The SSC & ELAC shall hold its regular meeting at 4:00 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of each month (no meeting in December) at the Ardenwood school library. Exceptions to this schedule shall be communicated to the members of the council and the public when a change becomes necessary. Special meeting of the council may be called by the Chairperson or by a majority vote of the council. In the event of a school closure, meetings will take at the same date/time with an online format.
All School Site Council and English Language Advisory Committee meetings are being held virtually through Zoom during the 2021-2022 school year. Should anyone in the public wish to attend a meeting, please email the school's administration to request a link to the virtual meeting.
Due to the minimum day schedule associated with Parent-Teacher-Conference week, the November 16th meeting has been rescheduled to take place on December 7, 2021.
